Community Standards
LEARNontherun is a community of Learners comprising children and adolescents (aged 3 to 21), and their parents, adult learners, and instructors. The community is connected by technology and through their love of learning, life-long personal development and skills-sharing. Our courses are listed by independent instructors who craft their own content and manage the format of their own courses.
At LEARNontherun, we aim to provide a safe learning environment for our users. We strive for an environment where users treat each other with respect and without prejudice across all pillars of diversity, including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, and gender identity.
We have provided some guidelines for our users to observe. Users who are in breach of these guidelines will be removed from the platform at the reasonably applied assessment and discretion of the platform directors.
Instructor Code of Conduct
- Offer classes relevant only to your expertise.
- Be professional: Prepare your teaching materials, be punctual, and treat all learners with respect, equality and dignity. Do not teach under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and do not behave in an inappropriate manner.
- Be reasonably responsive to users' questions and requests.
- Communicate professionally with learners.
- Treat all users and staff of LEARNontherun community respectfully.
- Adhere to our Teacher Social Media Policy by remaining thoughtful and professional online at all times.
- Observe the class content policy by only offering secular, objective, age-appropriate classes.
- Create a safe and welcoming space (see Community Standards) for users from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations.
Parent Code of Conduct
- Please feel free to raise reasonable and respectful questions with instructors in order to clarify any missing details regarding classes.
- Ensure that your child is punctual and ready to learn.
- Ensure that your child dresses and behaves appropriately and with respect for other learners and teachers.
- Provide constructive feedback about your class experience, if any.
- Engage in civil conversation, and speak and act with respect.
- Assist positively in creating a safe and welcoming space (see Community Standards) for users from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations.
Learner Code of Conduct
- Be punctual and ready to learn.
- Dress in a manner appropriate for class (always show up for class fully clothed).
- to help create a safe and comfortable environment for all learners and instructors.
- Treat other learners and instructors with respect at all times.
- Participate, stay on topic, and avoid distractions during lessons.
- Learners should only attend courses of their own enrolment and not under another person or using another's profile. LEARNontherun does not allow a learner to make use of another learner's enrolment or login to attend class.
- Do not share nor ask others for personal information such as, but not limited to, email address, mailing address, phone number or social media account, without expressed consent.

- Our staff strive to create an inclusive learning community consisting of users from all backgrounds, beliefs and locations and across all segments of our diverse society.
- Our staff will listen to feedback from parents, instructors, and learners, and make changes that are deemed suitable for the company and users.
- Our staff will create and enforce policies to provide a high quality, trusted, and safe community for learning. This may include removing inappropriate content or unsuitable users from the platform.
- Our staff will respond as promptly as possible to questions and strive to resolve issues as soon as they arise.
Finally, we ask that all users be supportive of each other and be understanding during challenging times such as when or if our company experiences a technical glitch, a delay or a reasonable and unintentional oversight. Act with empathy and compassion ' we are on the same team and in this journey together. We hope that you will share constructive feedback with us in order to constantly improve our system and services.
