Class Content Policy
At LEARNontherun we believe that the classes and programmes offered on our platform should be objective, secular, and appropriate for the age group of the target learners. The following policy has been adopted to ensure that learners will not be subjected to teachers' personal religious, social or political beliefs.
Classes must not promote discrimination, hate speech, or violence. LEARNontherun welcomes an inclusive learning community where learners and teachers from diverse backgrounds can come together and learn without any prejudice based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, and gender identity.
We aim to prohibit discriminatory content or other forms of objectionable content, hence protecting the well-being of our learners. For classes that involve sensitive subject matters, further content guidance is provided below.
Note that teachers and classes that do not abide by these standards will be removed from the LEARNontherun platform.
Objective and Accurate Content:

- For social, political and historical issues where multiple viewpoints are present, these alternative viewpoints should be acknowledged and presented
- Classes should not be used as a means to propagate teachers' personal viewpoints.
- We are opposed to sensationalizing content. Classes should not be designed to provoke an emotional response among students. We expect our teacher's to bear their social responsibility in mind when producing content.
- If students raise questions about teachers' personal viewpoints during class discussions or Q&A, teachers should redirect the question to capture the student's or societal viewpoints, rather than allowing their personal beliefs to influence students.
